- An overview of relevant terminology and an introduction to the concept of being ‘trans’
- What can be done to support trans children and young adults – including how to change name, ID documents, pronouns.
- The process of hormone therapy – the options available to children and adults, including an overview of puberty blockers and cross sex-hormones
- The legal rights afforded to trans children and young adults – including in the court arena, at hospitals, and within the work environment.
Reagan practices in children law. She has profound experience in all areas including, but not limited to, public children, private children, injunctions, enforcement, international and jurisdictional matters.
