We are proud to see that Lauren Gardner has been shortlisted for the Young Pro Bono Barrister of the Year at the 2024 Pro Bono Awards. The Awards Final will take place on the 8th May 2024.
Following the shortlisting announcement Senior Clerk, Leigh Royall said “this recognition for Lauren who epitomises the best traditions of the Bar and is highlighted as an example to others who strive to improve access to justice. She continues to demonstrate the positive effect that junior members of the Bar can have that benefits wider society through pro bono activity. For Lauren helping those in need is not just a box-ticking exercise, the selflessness in her approach in assisting those who may be otherwise left in a disadvantaged position coming before the courts completely aligns with her values as a person and that of Spire Barristers.”
