Megan recently joined the clerking team in July 2024 and is eager to support Chambers in delivering outstanding service. With lengthy previous experience as a paralegal, Megan possesses a strong foundation in legal processes and excellent organisational skills. Megan is looking forward to contributing to the success of the barristers while continuing to grow in the field and assist the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and maintaining files, ensuring all necessary documentation is received, up-to-date and accessible.
  • Managing court dates, meetings, and appointments for barristers, and coordinating their diaries.
  • Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other agencies to assist with any enquiries.
  • Assisting barristers in preparing for court appearances, including organising documents and materials needed for cases.
  • Building relationships with clients, solicitors, and court staff to ensure effective communication.
