Stephanie Hine

Barrister

Stephanie is an experienced family practitioner specialising in public law care proceedings and private law proceedings. She regularly receives instructions from local authorities, parents, guardians and interveners at all stages of care cases. She specialises in cases with allegations of serious sexual abuse requiring complex forensic fact-finding. In respect of private law cases Stephanie frequently acts for applicants and respondents in difficult disputes regarding arrangements for children. She has appeared at all levels of the Family Court, from first hearing EPOs, right through to the Court of Appeal.

Stephanie is frequently invited to provide training and seminars to professional clients, including local authority lawyers and social workers.
