Re Maisie – simple judgment for parents with learning disabilities
Marie Harbin acted for a father in a case in which the Local Authority pursued a plan of adoption. HHJ Pemberton provided a simple judgment for the parents, given their learning difficulties and made a section 26 order for contact with parents.
